Le raft est une embarcation gonflable de taille variable dirigée par un guide embarqué. C'est le support idéal pour permettre de découvrir une rivière et ses différents courants. L'approche peut être très douce ou très engagée.

The raft is an inflatable boat of variable size steered by an embarked guide. It is the ideal support to discover a river and its various currents. Approach can be very soft or tough.

Run on the Guil
Le Guil prend sa source au mont Viso (3 841m) et se jette dans la Durance en aval de Mont-Dauphin au pied de la citadelle de Vauban.
Il traverse le parc régional du Queyras et ses somptueuses gorges.
Cette portion de rivière est sans doute l’un des plus beaux sites de France. C’est un parcours excellent pour s’initier à la haute rivière.

The Guil river start it's run in the Viso mount at 3 841 m and run to the Durance river just in the south of Mont-Dauphin, where the 'Vauban' fortress is overhang all the valley.
The Guil river cross all the Regional natural park of the 'Queyrs' and it's wonderful cliffs.
This run is one of the most beautiful in France. It's an excellent test to compete with the high rivers...



 
Descente de la rivière à l'aide d'un flotteur, d'une combinaison et chaussé de palmes. C'est le début de l'autonomie. Le guide accompagne des petits groupes de 8 personnes environ et explique comment se soustraire ou amplifier les actions du courant.

Descent of the river by mean of a float (hydro-speed), of a combination and flippers. It is the beginning of the autonomy. The guide goes with small groups of about 8 persons and explains how to escape or to amplify the actions of the current.

Il est nécessaire d'avoir réalisé au préalable une descente en raft.

By team of 2, trips are made by mean of a single or double paddle on a self-drained inflatable canoe or kayak . It is necessary to have done a descent in raft first.
